Aignep
has confirmed its vocation as a company that is focused on total pneumatics by speeding up the
development and investments regarding its range of valves. The main characteristics of the entire range
are the constant experiments with new technical solutions and the search for innovative materials so that
the finished products perform better. All the materials and components that Aignep valves are made out
of are of certified Italian origin and quality. The valves are made out of anodised aluminium both inside
and out, so as to ensure greater resistance to corrosion, and then they are painted white to protect them
even further against external agents and to make them look nicer. Every valve has the solenoid details,
code and working pressure printed on them. Finally, they are individually packed into cardboard boxes
and transferred to the warehouse. The spool is supplied separately and it is also available in the 24V DC
version that consumes 2W, resulting in a considerable saving on energy.

‘MADE IN ITALY’ TAKES
TO THE STAGE IN HANNOVER
The latest developments in digital electro-hydraulics have led to the integration of the functions
of axis controllers in proportional electro-hydraulics, introducing a new architecture of
automation that is based on the concept of distributed intelligence and field bus connections.
The
Atos
solution is represented by innovative position/power controls driven by ‘intelligent’
digital servo-actuators that are made up of a servo-cylinder equipped with low-friction
gaskets and integrated power and position transducers, all of which is controlled by a high-
performance servo-proportional valve with a driver and an integrated digital axis controller.
This configuration enables just one controller to manage both the dynamic motion and power/
pressure control phases thanks to the development of new and powerful algorithms. The
integrated axis controls automatically detect which control to activate from time to time on the
basis of the retroaction signal from the position/pressure transducers of the load cell. The new,
complete range of digital controllers operate, in a closed-loop, the position, speed and power of any electro-hydraulic axis, available in both
the integrated version and those earmarked for panel mounting.
