This year’s Hannover Messe will be a chance for the F.lli Giacomello company to introduce its newest product,
namely the IEG-CRXI, which is certified to ATEX level by the prestigious TUV which is synonymous with guarantee
and quality. The CRXI level indicators are marked Ex II 1/2 G Ex ia II C T5 Ga/Gb. Their structural characteristics
allow for a constant and continuous indication of the level with highly accurate repeatability, the linear indication
of the level, regardless of the shape of the tank and the distance between the level indicator and the sides of the tank,
the remote indication of the measurement and the possibility to pilot additional checks. The level of precision is 12
mm, the output is 4-20 mA for continuously reading the check points. This new level indicator can be used in the
most varied of environments, in the presence of food and chemicals and in situations where explosive substances are
involved.
As a specialist in the production of components for the industrial sector, ISB’s product catalogue can boast a wide and
complete range of ball/roller bearings, supports, bushes, plain bearings, rod ends, ball transfer units, precision balls
& needles, free wheels, linear systems and basic slewing rings. The slewing rings consist of an inner and outer
ring that are separated by rolling elements and are used on machines which, as in the case of excavators,
concrete mixers, lifting vehicles, cranes or wind turbines, include a rotating movement between the two
structural sections. Therefore, the basic bearings have a dual function: on the one hand they connect the
two sections to the vehicle, whereas, on the other, they support and transfer the operative load of the
structure that they are associated with (two holes, in the inner and outer ring respectively, improve the
‘grip’), in full compliance with both the required level of precision and the functioning parameters. ISB will
be exhibiting its basic bearings at the exhibition in Hannover.
Metal Work is introducing a modular system that was designed to create automated motion.
V-Lock makes it possible to connect grippers with slides, rotating actuators, guide units, but also
with profiled structures made out of any brand of aluminium. Any kind of spatial orientation is
also possible. The connection, rigid, accurate and repeatable, is just so simple, quick to tighten,
accessible from all sides and there is no need for any adjustment plates between one component
and another. All the components in the V-Lock series have a swallow’s tail that is 4 mm wide on
the surfaces earmarked for the coupling, which runs along the entire length of the component.
Transversally, there are precise grooves, 6H7 wide, with a 20 mm pitch, which a special drilled
key goes into. To connect two components together all you have to do is put them side-by-side
and tighten the M5 screws on the universal fitting, called ‘K’. The V-Lock catalogue, which is
constantly being added to, includes precision slides, guide units coupled with ISO15552 and 6432 rollers, spindle-free rollers, rotary
actuators, grippers, electric linear actuators, electric grippers and numerous accessories.
The Multiport filter. from MP Filtri, thanks to the various heads that allow for multiple
connections and the possibility to insert return valves in different configurations, considerably
increases the application possibilities on circuits that have pressure levels of up to 80 bar.
Filtering is possible on return, off-line, drainage and piloting circuits, as well as all power
transmissions including hydrostatic closed-circuit transmissions and in all those cases where
a circuit has to run on oil where filtering must be fully guaranteed. There is a long list of
benefits on offer from this range of filters, such as the dual possibility of fixing the head, for
the immediate inter-changeability with spin-off filters for pressure levels of 35 bar that exist
on moving applications . The filter head makes it possible to arrange the inlet and outlet
attachments in different configurations so enabling the most appropriate mounting. It is able to
receive two inlet connections, inlet and outlet at 90° or with attachments on the same side, always with the possibility to change the position of the
connections and to fit the clogging indicator in the most suitable place.
