ur company was founded thirty
years ago with the aim of producing
equipment for hydraulic hoses
for hydraulic systems. Thanks to Quality
and research in developing new products,
determination and entrepreneurial spirit, OP
currently shares the stage with the leading
players in its field of operation worldwide.
We boast of a wide range of constantly
developing products and a considerable
service in various markets worldwide. Our
constant growth is the fruit of two main factors,
i.e. global expansion of the sales network
as well as the considerable investments in
high technology production and the R&D
department; thus, we, at OP, are capable of
developing ever-topnotch equipment so as to
meet all rigid and flexible hoses manufacturing
requirements including crimping machines,
cutting machines, hose skiving machines,
inserters, markers, hose unwinding machines,
test and cleaning benches, pre-assembly
and 37° and 90° flaring machines, deburring
machines, hose benders as well as complete
machining centres. In addition, OP developed
the flexible hose holding system, patented
at international level, referred to by the name
Stopflex. All O+P equipment is CE certified and
manufactured in compliance with the highest
quality standards. Since the very beginning
the company has been on the lookout for the
new solutions providing functional growth, still
ensuring safety to operators.In order to better
control of the quality of our product, OP has
set up a company named Sinde srl to produce
all the mechanical parts of our equipment.The
company growth was undoubtedly fostered
by the expansion of the group to which OP
belongs, as well as the close inter-group
relations and cooperation opportunities.
The experience, high professionalism and
technical and commercial know- how which
characterize the member companies of the
group, guarantee their customers top quality
products, specialized assistance, consulting
and cooperation,, also in relation to problem
solving and specific project.
The companies part of the group : Fluidmec,
Sinde, Uniseals, Brescia Hydropower,
Fluidsense, Effegi System.
The year 2012 marked the development and
production of new and important equipment,
including Tubomatic V350ES, the high tonnage
press, ideal for crimping industrial pipes up
to 10” with a 100 ton pressure which is also
suitable for other uses besides machining the
flexible hose. Actually, it can also be used for
machining iron rods, insulators and lead ends.
The new products include the new TF6 cutting
machine, ideal for cutting flexible hydraulic
hoses with capacity up to six spirals 3”, whose
main features include a self-braking motor,
the 650 mm diameter toothed blade as well
as the standard supply digital stroke counter.
The new 03/P inserter which allows obtaining
a perfect pre-assembly of the fittings on the
flexible hoses up to a diameter of
3” before the pressing
operation.
