ai Filtri is operative within the field of
industrial filtering and is constantly
expanding in terms of both turnover
and sales areas. Since the early 1980s, the
company has been present on Asian, American
and, obviously, European markets. At present,
turnover from exports accounts for 70% of
production. At the same time, on the Italian
market, the company has the top compressor
manufacturers among its client base and has
developed a widespread sales network that
can count on qualified retailers. The results are
due to the targeted programme of investments
in technology, new systems, human resources
and the ability to come up with products that are
in keeping with market demand.
To ensure effective contamination inspections
concerning hydraulic, lubricating and
motorised circuits, Fai Filtri has a range of
complete filters and spin-on oil cartridges,
which come in different models and sizes
to cover all application needs. The main
characteristic of these components is the
easy, quick and clean way any clogged-up
cartridges can be replaced. The filters and the
cartridges in the CS, CTT, CSG, CSP and CSD
ranges, earmarked for use on suction, return
and delivery lines, allow for filtering of up to 3
microns absolute, with a capacity of 600 lt./min.
FAI Filtri’s high standard of quality has enabled
the production of air/oil separators that are used
for purifying the air from the outlet on rotary,
screw or vane compressors, an indispensable
condition when working in environments
where, food, electronics, pharmaceuticals,
mechanisms, textiles etc. are involved. The DSP
and FDS series, air/oil degreasers with a spin-
on cartridge that are fitted in line, are perfect for
separating oil, so doing away with further costs
for pressurised containers. One characteristic
of these models is the easy way they can be
replaced, in any application situation, without
the need for any special equipment.
The DCC-DFN-DFF-DFE series cover a wide
range of air/oil separators, available in different
diameters and lengths, used to purify and
separate air from lubrication oil, which would
otherwise end up in the applications.
From the point of view of offering a complete
customer service, FAI Filtri has introduced
the new range of Integrated Units for air/oil
separation and oil filtering which come compete
with minimum pressure and thermostatic valves,
ideal for applications on all screw compressors,
with capacities of up to 12 m3/h. The high
level of efficiency and the simple way these
integrated units from FAI Filtri can be used and
fitted cuts down on the amount of maintenance
and assembling time on your compressor,
resulting in a considerable reduction in costs.
Yeas of experience out in the field are what
form the basis for a wide range of filtering
components that are earmarked specifically
for micro-filtering lubricating oils-coolants and
fluids for spark erosion machines (EDM). The
characteristics of both the CFE and CPE series
not only allow for the complete use of the
filtering components, even when there are high
load losses (DP), but also to withstand, intact
and for a financially viable period of time, the
harshest working conditions. All in all, these
products are of the same level as those used
by most EDM machinery manufacturers.
