A
ignep has confirmed its vocation as
a company that is geared towards
complete pneumatics by speeding up
the development and investments regarding its
‘Valve’ range.
In April 2011, during the Hannover Messe
exhibition, a previously unseen Aignep range of
products was presented, that was to become a
strategic strong point and a launch pad for the
future. After two years up on the international
stage at Hannover Messe, the company is
once again ready to enhance the work that has
been done up to now with the presentation of
some new products.
The main characteristics of the entire range are
the constant experiments with new technical
solutions and the search for innovative materials
so as to be able to guarantee better-performing
finished product.
All the materials and the components that
Aignep valves are made up of are of certified
Italian quality and origin.
The valves are made out of anodised aluminium
both inside and out, so as to ensure greater
resistance to corrosion, and then they are
painted white to protect them even further
against external agents and to make them look
nicer. What’s more, every valve has the solenoid
details, code and operating pressure printed
on them. Finally, they are individually packed
into cardboard boxes and transferred to the
warehouse.
The spool is supplied separately and it is also
available in the 24V DC version that consumes
2W, resulting in a considerable saving on
energy.
The Aignep includes:
• 1/8”, 1/4” and 1/2” solenoid pilot,
mechanical and manual valves with the
corresponding multiple or modular bases
• Micro-valves and M5 panel valves
• 16 mm. 1/8” mechanical and manual valves
• Vdma 18 mm valves
• Pedal valves
• 3/2 solenoid pilot valves, both individual
and on bases
• Namur 1/4” solenoid pilot and pneumatic
valves
New models are still at the design,
development, production and inspection stage.
During Hannover Messe we shall also be
presenting a number of major innovations in all
the product ranges: namely new shapes and
diameters for both metal and plastic fittings,
plus additions to the stainless steel
range and compact cylinders that
comply with ISO 21287 standards.
With regards to the INFINITY
range that is earmarked for
the supply of compressed air,
however, we now make all the
shapes of the 63 diameter fittings
(previously only available in brass)
out of aluminium. This means that
it will be possible to make further
cutbacks in terms of costs and
considerably reduce the weight.
