di Mozzate (CO) è presente alla
Hannover Messe nella Hall 23, Stand
A38 dove espone la sua gamma di com-
ponenti pneumatici dando particolare en-
fasi a quelli in Aisi 316, dettagliati alla
sezione 5 del suo catalogo generale. Tali
componenti includono la produzione da
tempo consolidata di: microcilindri ISO
6432; cilindri ISO 15552, serie ma-
gnetica standard AMX, con varie opzioni possibili, alesaggi dal 32 al 200, con i relativi
accessori di montaggio; la gamma di serbatoi, varie serie di raccordi e accessori per circuiti
pneumatici. Ai suddetti prodotti si aggiunge la serie di gruppi trattamento aria modulari,
anche questi in Aisi 316, con attacchi da 1/4”, 1/2” e 1” G, a richiesta anche NPT.
Inoltre la API presenterà la sua nuova serie di cilindri compatti ISO 21287, anche questi
in Aisi 316, dall’alesaggio 25 al 100, con i relativi accessori di montaggio. La maggior
parte dei suddetti prodotti può essere fornita a richiesta con dichiarazione di conformità
alla direttiva Atex.
Soprattutto nell’industria automotive, gli utenti
cercano soluzioni di saldatura dal futuro assicura-
to, adatte ad ambienti orientati all’Industria 4.0
e che possano padroneggiare le combinazioni di
metalli del futuro.
Bosch Rexroth
risponde a tali
requisiti con la nuova unità di controllo saldatura
PRC 7300. Grazie alla maggiore potenza di cal-
colo, l’unità copre una maggiore gamma di esigenze
per la comunicazione e la regolazione di processo.
Il software di comando PRI7000 riduce i tempi di
risposta e di attesa, garantendo un esercizio efficiente e una messa in servizio più rapida.
Il web-server interno all’unità di controllo supporta le funzioni di diagnostica e comando
anche tramite smartphone e tablet; inoltre, la modernissima elettronica di potenza riduce il
consumo energetico fino al 30% in fase di saldatura e addirittura fino all’80% in stato non
operativo. Funzionalità ottimizzate di programmazione, regolazione e monitoraggio consen-
tono la massima qualità dei punti di saldatura, creando i presupposti per poter saldare
complesse combinazioni di lamiere.

dicatori di posizione

(padiglione 5 Stand E13) è
DD51-E, indicatore di posizione elettronico a batteria.
L’ampio display LCD garantisce un’ottima leggibilità anche
a distanza; la visiera in tecnopolimero trasparente proteg-
ge il display sia da urti accidentali grazie alla saldatura a
ultrasuoni tra la base e la cassa di contenimento sia dalla
penetrazione di liquidi e polvere all’interno dell’indicatore. I
tre tasti funzionali permettono di selezionare le diverse mo-
dalità di lavoro e di programmare numerosi parametri: la lettura dopo un giro dell’albero
di comando, il senso e la velocità massima di rotazione, l’orientamento del display e il tipo
di risoluzione. Un’ulteriore caratteristica è la lunga durata (fino a 5 anni) della batteria
al litio, facilmente sostituibile senza necessità di smontaggio dell’indicatore dall’albero di
comando.
API
fromMozzate (CO) will be at the Hannover Messe in Hall
23, Stand A38, exhibiting its range of pneumatic components
with particular emphasis on those in AISI 316 steel, detailed in
Section 5 of its general catalogue. These components include
the longstanding production of: ISO 6432 microcylinders;
ISO 15552 cylinders, standard magnetic AMX series with va-
rious possible options, 32-200 bores with relative mounting
accessories; a range of tanks and various series of fittings and
accessories for pneumatic circuits. There is also the series of
modular air treatment units, including those in AISI 316, with
1/4”, 1/2” and 1” G connections, NPT available on request. In
addition, API will present its new series of ISO21287 compact
cylinders, also in AISI 316, with bores ranging from 25-100
and relative mounting accessories. Most of these products can
be supplied on request with a declaration of compliance with
the Atex Directive.
Users are looking, especially in the automotive industry, for
welding solutions with a secure future, suited to the demands
of Industry 4.0, that can handle the combinations of the metals
of the future.
Bosch Rexroth
responds to these requirements
with the new PRC 7300 welding control unit. Thanks to grea-
ter computing power, the unit covers a wider range of needs for
the communication and regulationof processes. The PRI7000
control software reduces response and waiting times, ensuring
efficient operation and faster set-up. The web server inside the
control unit supports diagnostic and command functions via
smartphones and tablets; in addition, the latest-generation po-
wer electronics reduce energy consumption by up to 30%whi-
le welding and up to 80% in a non-operational state. Optimi-
zed programming, regulation and monitoring functions ensure
the highest quality welds, and create the conditions for welding
complex combinations of sheet metals.
The new product that expands the range of position indicators
from
Elesa
(Hall 5 Stand E13) is the DD51-E, a battery-po-
wered electronic position indicator. The large LCD display en-
sures excellent legibility even from a distance; the transparent
technopolymer visor protects the display from both accidental
impact, thanks to an ultrasonic weld between the base and the
containment box, and from liquids and dust. The three function
keys are used to select the various work modes and to program
numerous parameters: the reading after one turn of the drive
shaft, the direction and maximum rotation speed, the orienta-
tion of the display and the type of resolution. A further feature
is the life of the lithium battery (up to 5 years), which is easily
replaced without disassembling the indicator from the drive
shaft.
