exhibition: this machine is able to
do chamfering, internal/external
taper machining, ID/OD grooving
and facing. It has a wide range of
applications for valves, pump &
generator housings and large pipe
connectors. The FSK tool system
and its facing head speed (Up to
250rpm) make it different from
other brands of milling and boring
machines. This model is equipped
with tool changing system for a
total capacity of 60 tools and a
maximum load of 60kgs. Moreover,
the 6 axes of BMC-110FT2A machine
with 4-axis simultaneous control
offer greater convenience during
processing.

allows for positioning at any angle.
Hydraulic clamping system brings
better precision and stability during
heav y cu t t i ng . The X / Y / Z - ax i s
travels are respectively 2000mm (or
3000mm), 2050mm and 1500mm.
Its extendable spindle can move
out on a distance of 436mm for
facing end-face head. The maximum
table loading is 8000kgs and the
maximum processing diameter of U
axis is 1050mm.

Grinder: the 2015 edition of EMO
fair is the opportunity for Palmary
to introduce the innovative CNC
cylindrical grinder, OCD-3265M3.
This machine is made for medium
size workpiece. With a distance
between centers of 650mm and a
swing over table of 320mm, this
series is capable of withstanding a
maximum load of 150kg. Moving
to the turret wheelhead, the direct-
drive transmission with a resolution
of 0.0003° ensures rapid and precise
positioning. Moreover, an integrated
B axis is mounted on it, featuring
high precision repeatability (<1”).
Automatic swiveling is now available
as well as the possibility of using up
to 3 grinding wheels for complete
workpiece machining in a single
setup (O.D., I.D. & face grinding).
Finally, for greater safety, a full
enclosure protects operator against
any danger during machining stage.
