center is designed for
large-sized and heavy-
weight workpieces. With
A/C-axis milling head,
it can achieve 5-axis
machining and high-
efficiency manufacturing.
X and Z axes use dual
screw and Y axis uses
single screw with cooling
system to avoid ballscrew
thermal increment and promote 3-axis dynamic performance.
The machine is equipped with standard Siemens 840DSL controller,
which increases work efficiency. We also provide Heidenhain iTNC-530
controller as an option to meet customer’s needs. All three axes adopt INA
RUE series linear guideways to offer high rigidity while moving. Heidenhain
linear scales and closed loop control effectively improve the machining
accuracy.
