Compact electronic pressure switch IMI Precision

IMI Precision Engineering launched the compact electronic pressure switch 51D, designed for high accuracy and resolution for pneumatic applications, ideal for filtered, lubricated or non-filtered compressed air, as well as neutral and incombustible gases. The device offers precision and accuracy of +/-2%, a response time of +/-2,5ms and can be used across pressures of -1 to 10 bar, with a repeatability of <+/-0,2% of full scale for excellent reliability.

The switch is resistant to vibrations of between 10 and 55 Hz and to shocks, withstanding up to 980m/s2, weighs just 83 g and is easy to install, with two power outputs (2xPNP or 2xNPN). In addition to the standard thread screw connection, the pressure switch can be mounted using a mounting clip on a DIN rail, and alternatively a wall/floor or cabinet mounting kit are also available as accessories. A LED light indicates clearly the switching status, and users can customize the switch by selecting from a variety of system pressure units. The system is easy to use and intuitive, featuring three buttons with a defined pressure point across two simple menu levels, for delay time and zero point suppression setting.
