Unified hydraulic hoses by Parker Hannifin

To make selecting the right hose even easier for its customers, Parker’s Hose Production Division offers the GlobalCore unified product family. The GlobalCore family includes 6 hydraulic hoses built on the ISO 18752 specification, making selection much easier for OEM and MRO, also reducing inventories, maintenance costs and downtimes. The product family has been developed on how hoses are specified and used by customers, by pressure range and not by construction. The unified system provides hoses across the most commonly used constant working pressure classes, and is tested to twice the ISO 18752 standard, ensuring high performance in harsh environments and high-impulse applications.

The global ISO 18752 standard also helps Parker’s customers to not use traditional regional standards to specify hydraulic hoses all over the world, simplifying their specification across applications, markets and global locations. The expansion of the GlobalCore family with a 7 Mpa ISO 18752 hose means that the product family now provides options for most critical sizes such as -40 and -48 and pressure ranges from 7 Mpa to 42,0 MPa. Selecting the fitting is even simpler, as the 43/48 or 77 Series depend on the hose and working pressure. The recent addition of 187 hose thus extends the comprehensive GlobalCore system to support lower pressure hydraulic hoses needs, as it can be used as a high-pressure return line or to address applications where other hoses may be excessive.
