New Generation Band Saw E-530: the industrial
requirements for machinery revolve around three
concepts: speed, economy and accuracy. In metalworking
processes, cutting workpiece such as rods, tubes, profiles
or sheet metal refers to a required length for subsequent
processing. Thus, sawing machines represent the initial
stage in the manufacturing process. Moreover, combined

band sawing machines create less material waste when
using thin blade, allowing them to play an increasingly

The Everising new E-530 has been designed to meet
the requirements of "speed, economy and accuracy" and
get into the new cutting territory. Its remarkable features
offer excellent cutting performance with high reliability.
The robust double column saw guide and driving units
provide greater cutting rate with low vibration even for
hard material cutting (Also suitable for carbide tip saw
blade). The guiding arm and material feeding move
on linear guide ways for extremely precise operations.
Controlled by HMI with cutting data input and self-
diagnosis system, this machine is easy to use with
friendly operating experience (Auto trim cut and back
gauge functions available for remnant cut).
Besides the advantages of fast cutting and
convenient operations, the new generation of band
saw machine, E-530, is creating less material waste
while saving energy with low power consumption. Its
saw blade can be widely used with different materials
and its lifetime guarantees competitive maintenance
costs. Together with continuous development for better
machine performance, E-530 is now capable of meeting
the market demand for mass production on medium-
