Inserti in metallo duro per bloccare

SinterGrip di OML nasce dall’esigenza di bloccare un pezzo per meno millimetri possibili (‘con SinterGrip 3,5 mm di presa’) consentendo così di: poter lavorare il pezzo completamente in un’unica fase (soprattutto per macchine a 5 assi); risparmiare sulle materie prime, specie quando queste hanno una grossa incidenza sul prezzo; avere maggiori velocità di taglio e avanzamento, con conseguente maggior volume di truciolo asportato e minore tempo per lavorare il pezzo. SinterGrip sono degli inserti in metallo duro sinterizzato tipo ISO P30:P35 e rivestito con metodo PVD.

Il grande vantaggio di SinterGrip è la combinazione di questo materiale abbinato con la propria affilatura delle cuspidi, la speciale forma conica (5 gradi) della sezione dell’inserto e la speciale forma triangolare. SinterGrip incide penetrando il materiale da lavorare e crea accoppiamenti con totale assenza di giochi, scaricando forze e vibrazioni e diventando un corpo unico con la morsa  e/o l’attrezzatura di bloccaggio e il pezzo in lavorazione.
