Solenoid valves Asco withstanding -60° C

Asco Numatics completes its offering or low temperature solutions for actuators’ control with solenoid valves and filter regulators for use in environments down to -60°C, typical conditions of arctics applications, such as the oil & gas sector. The range of low temperature solenoid valves includes a direct operated 3/2 solenoid valve, and a 3/2 – 5/2 solenoid operated spool valve, and a number of filter regulators.

The direct operated solenoid valve can be used to control the opening or closing of spring return actuators, and like the robust stainless steel filter regulator models withstands temperatures of -60°C. The compact aluminum solenoid operated spool valve, that can be used on spring return or double acting actuators, and an aluminum filter/regulator/lubricator with high flow rates provide reliable service down to -40°C. The range also includes all the main global certifications, such as Atex, SIL, IecEx and Cutr.
