F.lli Giacomello presents its latest cutting-edge solution to monitor and control liquid levels, the IEG-E23, electromagnetic level indicators with one or two contacts with  Ø 23 expansion connection product, designed to meet emerging market needs and ensure efficiency and precision.

The level indicator is built to guarantee the minimum or maximum level of liquids in tanks with maximum safety, hydraulic power units containing mineral oils with a viscosity not exceeding 220 cSt; the product is also suitable for diesel and other non-corrosive and flammable liquids, and is designed to have connections for the automotive environment.

The IEG-E23 level indicator has a very simple working principle. When the indicator float in its travel meets the built-in Reed switch at the pre-established point, the contact, triggered by the magnet housed in the float, opens or closes, thus having the possibility of remotely sending a signal of luminous or acoustic warning or activate or interrupt any electrical equipment connected to it.

The real innovation is the expansion connection: the connection on the tank is pressurized. There is a gasket which, when the nut is tightened, compresses, expands and allows locking without screws. All it takes is a hole, even just a perforated sheet of metal, and it stops.

The indicator must be mounted in a vertical position, on a Ø23mm hole; the seal is guaranteed by an NBR expansion gasket. The float must be at least 35 mm away from ferrous surfaces (walls, tank, etc.).
