Sistemi di lubrificazione

Dropsa, presente a EMO 2013, oltre ai prodotti già consolidati per la lubrificazione a grasso (Sumo, CannonPump e Bravo), a olio (DragonX), aria/olio e minimale (Serie Vip4), presenta una gamma di nuovi prodotti che include le pompe Smart3 e PoliPump. Smart3 è il nuovo pacchetto pompa per la lubrificazione a olio e a grassello, configurabile ad hoc per il cliente, un modo economico di applicare le più innovative tecnologie per la lubrificazione a una soluzione di semplice utilizzo.

La versione automatica include la possibilità di avere differenti modi di configurare il ciclo di lubrificazione. Polipump è una soluzione completamente nuova per la lubrificazione e una grande alternativa per i sistemi che sono al momento lubrificati manualmente. Polipump è in grado di alimentare fino a 35 punti di lubrificazione direttamente con grasso e non richiede conoscenze specialistiche di ingegneria per la progettazione del sistema. Semplice da utilizzare, non appena estratta dalla confezione, all’utente non rimane che selezionare l’intervallo di lubrificazione. Un altro prodotto esposto da Dropsa, è MiQueL, il sistema modulare aria/olio per la lubrificazione minimale lanciato lo scorso anno.
