Rettificatrici per piani a montante mobile

Delta, presente a EMO con la sua Rotax7, produce un’ampia gamma di rettificatrici per piani a montante mobile. Oltre alla linea esposta ha a catalogo 11 modelli della serie Maxi e Mini. L’architettura a  montante mobile garantisce che ‘la testa non cada’, infatti vengono eliminati in partenza  tutti i problemi di caduta della testa legati alla corsa trasversale che si verificano normalmente  nelle rettificatrici a testa mobile (flessione che aumenta con lo sbraccio della testa e relative problematiche  di compensazione).

Tutte le guide degli assi-macchina sono a sostentamento idrostatico, il che si traduce nell’eliminazione degli attriti radenti e massimo sfruttamento di tutta la potenza installata, usura zero, movimenti estremamente regolari in assenza di andamento a scatti (stick-slip). La linea mandrino è un progetto originale Delta  frutto di anni di ricerca e sperimentazioni. Anteriormente è supportato da un cuscinetto idrodinamico Mackensen a usura zero, mentre posteriormente è montata una coppia di cuscinetti a sfere di precisione precaricati. Il risultato è un’elevata precisione geometrica e di lavoro, durata nel tempo e finiture superficiali molto accurate.
