Rettificatrice per diametri e profili interni

La nuova rettificatrice per diametri e profili interni MT–ID, di IMT Morara, è la soluzione ottimale per tutti i rettificatori che fanno dell’alta produttività e della flessibilità operativa il loro punto di forza. La gamma è composta da tre nuovi modelli con swing di 900, 500 e 250 mm, equipaggiati con un carro a croce e una torretta in grado di ospitare fino a quattro mandrini, rotante su motore torque e regolabile da -20° a + 230° tramite CN. Costruita su un basamento monoblocco, progettato con le più moderne tecnologie 3D e verificato con analisi FEM, la nuova rettificatrice garantisce lavorazioni in una sola presa pezzo per diametri esterni di 500 mm e ammette lunghezze a sbalzo di 350 mm, sostenendo pesi fino a 500 kg. La testa portapezzo (asse C), montata su cuscinetti a sfere di alta precisione, può ruotare manualmente da – 5° a + 20°. Il carro a croce, asse X  trasversale e asse Z  longitudinale, si muove tramite motore Siemens e viti a ricircolo di sfere. Oltre a garantire una perfetta finitura di diametri cilindrici interni, la macchina rettifica anche spallamenti e facce esterne.
