Pneumatics Aventics safety-ready

Aventics sustains user’s machinery safety with pneumatic solutions prepared for risk evaluation, ready to satisfy safety standards required for the constructors. Among pneumatics components in the Aventics products range, AV03 and AV05 valves system is equipped with AES fieldbus connection, in order to guarantee optimal communications between actuators, machine peripherals and controls, using the most employed industrial protocols.

The galvanic isolation also allows separate power supply for logic and actuator voltage, in compliance with safety requirement as stated by European Machinery Directive. In addition, Aventics offers the Sistema software, providing easy machine controls safety evaluation in the context of ISO 13849-1, modeling the structure of safety-related control components based upon the designated architectures, permitting automated calculation of reliability values, with various details levels, including attained performance level.
