Safety valves Atos TÜV certified

Atos introduced safety valves provided with electric on-off monitor of the spool or poppet position, indicating the valve hydraulic status. The valves are TÜV certified, according to the safety criteria referred to the cut off of the hydraulic power line of the actuators in case of emergency conditions. The valves are available in two different executions, FV with inductive position switch, a reliable solution with double contact NO and NC, and FI, with inductive proximity sensor, a compact and competitive solution available with NO or NC contact.

The Atos range of safety valves includes directional control valves, in sizes from 6 to 25, with single and double solenoids, ISO 7368 cartridge valves, in standard and active execution and available in sizes from 16 to 50, and ISO 17209 screw in cartridge valves, in sizes from 3/4” – 16UNF to 1 5/16” – 12UNF. The devices offer maximum pressure of 350 bar and flow up to 2.500 l/min.
