The new Technology Center of Prima Power opened in Munich in June, moving here from Frankfurt the German location of the laser and sheet metal working specialist. The new location employs 55 people and covers an area of 1.800 sqm, with around half of the surface hosting a Demonstration center where live demos of the company’s latest technologies and products can be attended by a large number of guests.
The center will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, well organized also for applications, cycle time studies, customer visits, seminars and training, thanks to two conference rooms available with a direct view of the demonstration center. The new location in Munich of Prima Power GmbH is more centrally located to all German-speaking countries and to the metal manufacturing industry regions, where the company’s machines are already in use and where the Group see the highest growth potential.
The latest innovations for sheet metal working and Industry 4.0 Inside in Prima Power portfolio are on display in the new Technology Center, such as 2D and 3D fiber laser cutting machines Laser Genius and Laser Next, the combined punching and laser processing system Combi Genius, the servo-electric bending cell BCe Smart, and the servo-electric press brake eP-1030.
