BLM Group presents LT7, a laser system for metallic tube machining developed as the last addition to the Lasertube family, resulting from years of R&D investments. LT7 is able to machine tubes from 12 to 152 mm diameter and up to 23 kg/m bar weight, ensuring excellent performances in the whole tube processing. All adjustments are automatic, from the smallest to the largest tube, and also sections with open profiles, L and U and flat bars are considered part of standard machining and processed in a fully automatic mode.

The 3kW fiber laser source allows great flexibility of thicknesses and materials, from 12 mm of mild steel to 4 mm of brass. The solution is completed by 3D machining, making it an extremely flexible system able to manage the most different applications. The LT7 offers excellent productivity even in case of very diversified productions, due to equipments such as a rapid scimitar bar change system together with a fully automatic section change, also for special sections. The steadiness of the tube during the processing, supported also downstream the cutting area, ensures high quality and accuracy of cut.

The graphic interface and the Active Tools allows easy operations on machine such as cutting parameters finding, ensuring a design with ergonomic criteria and clear and easy use. LT7 can be used in connection with a BLM Group bending solution, ensuring integration among production systems with the exchange of technical informations to obtain the realization of a cut or bent part from the first time.
