Controlli numerici economici

D.Electron è in prima fila nei controlli numerici economici, con realizzazioni innovative e di grande efficienza, tra cui il nuovo CNC Solo Series, ultimo nato della famiglia basata sul moderno sistema operativo  FlorenZ (Linux based), che ha la missione di rendere accessibili alle applicazioni più semplici tutti i vantaggi e la potenza dei CNC Z32. Il CNC Z32 Solo Series si pone in concorrenza al classico connubio tra Plc e Hmi consentendo di affrontare anche applicazioni di motion control con il comfort operativo e la potenza di calcolo tipica di un CNC Z32 di fascia alta.

Gli assi sono interfacciati agli azionamenti di commercio tramite un solo cavo, che integra il riferimento analogico e la simulazione encoder oltre a I/O dedicati alla comunicazione col drive. Questo rende il cablaggio minimale, economico e affidabile. Grazie ai semplici e potenti strumenti di ausilio all’attivazione e alla manutenzione, con Teleservice integrato, può essere messo in servizio e assistito anche da personale non particolarmente esperto.
