Alesatrice idrostatica

Lazzati lancia l’alesatrice idrostatica HB 160T, figlia della R&S della linea T-Type Boring. Alta dinamica, rapidi fino a 15 mm/1’, accelerazione di 1 m/s², elevati avanzamenti di lavoro, idrostatica su tutti gli assi, completa dotazione di accessori e termostabilizzazione costante delle strutture, permettono a questo prodotto di adattarsi a ogni lavorazione per l’asportazione di truciolo. La HB 160T è dotata di un mandrino di alesatura di diametro 160 mm da 4.000 giri/min e potenza pari a 65 kW.

La corsa longitudinale del mandrino è di 1.100 mm, quella trasversale della tavola girevole di 3.000 mm ÷ 6.000 mm; quella verticale di testa 2.000 mm ÷ 3.000 mm; quella longitudinale del montante 1.500 mm ÷ 3.000 mm. La tavola girevole con portata di 30 t e dimensione 2.000 mm x 2.500 mm è dotata di un sistema a doppio pignone con recupero del gioco che lavora su una cremagliera a dentatura rettificata. Il sistema permette precisioni di posizionamento della tavola nell’ordine dei 3” di grado e la possibilità di utilizzare la rotazione tavola come un vero asse per lavorazioni in contornatura.
