Famiglia di stozzatrici

Cabe dice addio al tradizionale meccanismo biella-manovella per la movimentazione dell’utensile con le nuove stozzatrici della serie ST4 che lo sostituiscono con un asse lineare servo-controllato. Con le stozzatrici ST4 sono possibili tempi più rapidi di approntamento macchina, velocità di taglio costante per ottimizzare la durata dell’utensile, lavorazioni di cave elicoidali e coniche con l’interpolazione di 2 assi e realizzazione di cave cieche senza effettuare fori di scarico. L’asse è implementato da vite di comando a ricircolo di sfere rettificate precaricate, dimensionata per il carico di punta del sistema, ed è spinto da motore brushless.

La praticità d’uso della macchina è completata dal porta-utensile ad alta ripetibilità, brevettato, che consente di avere sempre gli utensili posizionati al centro del foro. Di grande contenuto tecnologico è il controllo, dotato di un software dedicato che permette di realizzare in modo semplice figure poligonali complesse quali esagoni e quadri, impostando il lato del poligono.
