Elesa offers a complete range of vibration damping elements to ensure safety and preventing machines malfunctioning/reduction in lifespan and operator’s health damages. The vibration damping elements have a bi-directional isolation function: they protect against vibrations produced by the equipments in the environment, such as lathes and presses, machine tools and transfer equipment, called active machine isolation, but they also ensure passive isolation, which is considered as for equipment itself that might be adversely affected by external vibrations, such as quality testing, measuring or performance assessment equipment.
The Elesa elements are designed to damp vibrations, shocks and noises produced by moving bodies or vibrating masses, and the range includes the DVA damper and cushioning elements, formed in natural rubber NR hardness 40, 55, 70 Shore A, based on zinc/steel and Aisi 304 stainless mounts with male or female attachments. They are available with several formats and diameters from 8 up to 125 mm, in order to fit every application need. The offer also includes the LW.A vibration damping units, levelling elements which feature natural rubber damping pads built into an adjustable levelling foot design. Sizes of the LW.S damping elements range from 80 mm dia up to 200 m dia with maximum static load capacity of 40.000 N, for machinery damping and isolation also with heavy frequencies of vibrations.
