This year also the Italian MIP Politecnico di Milano entered the finalists list at the AMBA Entrepreneurial Venture Awards, given to Andrea Rinaldo’s XMetrics. Rinaldo had the idea of XMetrics while studying for an Executive MBA at MIP, and his company has now been classified among the six most interesting entrepreneurial ventures in the world. XMetrics is a wearable device designed specifically for swimmers at both amateur and professional level, and records their biometric data with extreme precision, using highly advanced technology combining biomechanical sensors and a sophisticated algorithm.
AMBA is the international association that certifies the quality standard of programmes leading to a Master in Business Administration, including among its members some of the most important business schools globally.
