Eaton presents the Advanced Mobile Valve CMA, smart valves enhanced with independent metering, on-board electronics and sophisticated algorithms offering new levels of efficiency, productivity and predictive maintenance solutions to OEMs. The CAN-enabled electrohydraulic mobile valve surpasses industry standards for intelligence, capabilities and dynamics, with independent metering allowing each spool to control its own work port, for consistent speed and better control on services which transition between passive and over-running states.
The valve is available with rated flow of 90 or 200 liters per minute, providing real-time data thanks to on-board sensors monitoring pressure, temperature, position and flow, for real time diagnostics helping detecting and troubleshooting issues as they rise. The hose burst detection feature prevents costly spills by monitoring flow to and from the service, closing it if a leak is detected. The software interface allows faster commissioning, set up and tune, and the advanced control algorithms can be easily configured, on the spot, to customer’s machines specific setups.
