Servo motor kits Parker for simple machine integrationERT

The servo motor kits by Parker Hannifin allow demanding OEMs to build more compact machines with improved performances systems. The company’s first-hand experience over many years on the topic of how to integrate servo motor kits into machines allows to support the selection of the main elements, the stator and rotor, with the aim of reducing complexity.

With no need of additional couplings to modify the motorization, such as pulleys, gearboxes and flanges in order to adapt it to the mechanical system, the Parker servo motor kits reduce the footprint and the total weight, also ensuring maximum energy efficiency. The mechanical simplification of the machine thus means reduced maintenance, quite operations, especially when water-cooled solutions are used, and a unique solution, thanks to mechanical and electrical adaptation to the corresponding application requirements.

The product range includes the NK kit series, available with a torque range of up to 42 Nm (for speeds up to 15.000 rpm), the NKW water-cooled series for more demanding applications, covering the range up to 72 Nm (for speeds up to 15.000 rpm), and the K series available for low voltage applications. Several sensor types can be used with the motor kits, depending on application requirements such as robustness, resolution and accuracy. High-speed solutions are also available with the HKW and SKW series, as well as the high torque TKW series, and in addition Parker is also able to develop highly customized solutions upon request.
