Sectional lubrication SKF electrically driven

Posted 20 September 2016

SKF presents the Lincoln elecrically driven lubricator (EDL1), a dosage and pressure-booster pump utilizing progressing metering devices, developed for usage in sectional lubrication systems as well as in large machines with different lubrication requirements at varying distances. Easy to use, the affordable lubrication solution is designed to increase input pressure of at least 2 bar up to a maximum of 280 bar, and can be used with existing tubing, fitting material and filling pumps.

The EDL1 operates in challenging environments, including outdoor applications with fluctuating temperatures, suitable for food and beverage and railroad applications, as well as cement and other heavy industries. The device provides flexibility and self-sufficient function, even in remote locations, being supplied by means of filling pump cartridges, and features an integrated control board for both impulse and time controlled lubrication, and has potential-free contacts in order to notify lubrication failures.
