Robots ABB small and accurate

ABB launched its Robots Arm (Scara) IRB 910SC compact family, with maximum payload of 6 kg, with a design emphasizing speed and accuracy. The Scara robots are available in three configurations, IRB 910SC-3/0,45m, IRB 910SC-3/0,55m e IRB 910SC-3/0,65m, all modular by design with different linking arm lengths, and individual reaches of 450 mm, 550 mm and 650 mm respectively, offering customers to choose the best arm for their job.

IRB 910SC small size robots incorporate the same high performance and design concepts of other ABB small robots, such as superior path control and accuracy, in a small footprint. The Scara family is intended for general-purpose applications requiring fast, repeatable and articulate point-to-point movements, such as palletizing, depalletizing, machine loading/unloading and assembly, and each variant is IP54 rated against dust and liquids and tabletop mountable. Rapid cycle times, high precision and reliability make the robots ideal for small part assembly applications, and suitable for laboratory automation and prescription drug dispensing.
