Programmable 2D camera Sick
Sick presents the new programmable InspectorP6xx 2D camera family with integrated and highly customizable optics, illumination, evaluation and interfaces. The devices are perfectly suited for complex image processing tasks, provided with pre-installed high performance Halcon image processing library. In conjunction with the Sick AppSpace platform, the company offers integrators and OEMs the freedom and flexibility to develop their application software directly on the InspectorP6xx, in order to implement tailor-made solutions and custom apps for individual costumer needs.
The InspectorP6xx product family consists of three programmable camera types that differ in terms of evaluation speed and camera sensor resolution. All cameras from the product family provide convenient functions such as aiming lasers, acoustic and optical feedback as well as an SD memory card, which offer easy setup and operation and make simple analyses possible during use.
In details, InspectorP63x offers a resolution of 1 to 2 megapixels, a compact design, C-mount and S-mount lenses and integrated illumination in a variety of colors, allowing a simple integration in practically any plant and at any working distance. InspectorP64x offers a resolution of 1,7 megapixels and is the economical variant for very demanding tasks. It offers integrated high-power illumination enabling large working distances and high transport speed. Inspector P65x features a high resolution of 2 to 4 megapixels, and in Flex variant allows the usage of standard C-mount lenses with integrated illumination. The Dynamic Focus variant enables automated focus position adjustment, for easy analysis of objects at various distances.
