PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT FOR USERS OF THE WEBSITE

Fiera Milano Media S.p.A. intends to provide, pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), some information on the processing of personal data relating to the user (“interested party”) obtained or communicated during navigation of this website www.meccanica-plus.it (hereinafter “Site”).

 

It is clarified that this privacy policy statement is rendered only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links (for which the user is requested to refer to the respective privacy policy statements/policies on privacy).

CATEGORIES OF DATA, PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Navigation data

The operation of the Site implies the use of IT systems and software procedures that acquire, during their normal operation, several personal data regarding web navigation whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not gathered to be associated to identified interested parties, but that for their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow to identify the users (for e.g. IP addresses, or address in URI notation – Uniform Resource Identifier – of the resources requested, time of request, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and to the IT environment of the user. Specific summary information is shown or viewed in the sections of the Site arranged for specific services on request and submitted, if necessary, upon consent of the interested party.

Aside from what is specified for the navigation data and for the cookies, within the scope of the sections of the Site arranged for specific services on request, the user is free to provide their personal data for the purposes shown in the respective privacy policies, but failure to provide them can result in the impossibility to obtain the service requested.

DATA STORAGE

The personal data collected through the use of the Site are processed for the time strictly required to provide the services requested and to carry out the related technical and security operations, as well as, terminated this period, for the time that may be established by the standards in force for administrative and any defensive purposes.

The companies recipients of the data, where they process the data on behalf of Fiera Milano Media S.p.A., are appointed processors of the treatment with a specific contract.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD NON EU COUNTRIES

Personal data shall not be the subject of transfer to Third Countries which are not in the EU.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The user is entitled (see art. 15-22 of the GDPR) to ask Fiera Milano Media S.p.A. to access their personal data and to rectify them if incorrect, cancel them or limit their processing if the conditions exit, to obtain the portability of the data provided only if subject matter of automated treatment based on consent or contract, as well as to oppose the activity for reasons connected to their specific situation and in any case for direct marketing needs. The user is also entitled to withdraw the consent given for the purposes of processing which require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing activity carried out until the moment of the withdrawal. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority on the matter, Data Protection Supervisor.
