Oliver Jung appointed chairman in Festo

Appointed as a new Member of the Management board Festo on October 11, Oliver Jung will join the company as chairman of the Management board starting November 1st, 2018.

Jung will bring to Festo his wealth of experience from major internationally operating family-owned companies, such as Robert Bosch and Schmitz Cargobull, and as a Member of the management board and COO at Schaeffler, with responsibility for production, logistics and purchasing. In Schaeffler, Jung at the same time managed the internal Bearing components and technologies division.

Within the Festo Management board, Jung will be responsible for Corporate management and strategy, succeeding to Alfred Goll who will yield his position as Spokesman of the Management board Festo and concentrate in managing the Human Resources department.
