Fidia announces that the subsidiary Fidia Co. has signed a purchase contract for an industrial building of around 14.000 square feet in Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA, aimed to host the new headquarters of the US company.
Fidia is an italian producer specialized in the design, production and distribution of high-performance integrated milling systems. The building was purchased for an amount of $ 1.260.000. The decision was determined to properly face the increased functional needs of the subsidiary, related to the credit granted to Fidia products by the american market, and to the increasing company’s turnover in the country.
