Duplomatic MS, part of Daikin Industries, will display at the Plast fair in Milan, Italy (5-8 September 2023) its new motion control solutions offer for the plastic processing machinery sector, which stems from the strategic and technological partnership with the Japanese group (stand C02 – Hall 22).
The market for plastic processing machines is expanding and constantly looking for innovative, reliable, and efficient solutions. Duplomatic MS combines the experience of over seventy years in the production of motion control components using hydraulic and electromechanical technology with the innovation developed by Daikin for inverters, cooling units and servo pumps. Duplomatic solutions on display at Plast improve the efficiency and sustainability of machines intended for a demanding and complex sector such as plastic processing.
“We are excited to be able to face this market with a complete and rich offer, thanks to the partnership with Daikin, which allows us to offer innovative and sustainable solutions for the plastics sector”, said Roberto Maddalon, CEO of Duplomatic MS.
The heart of the Duplomatic MS offer at Plast 2023 is the servo pump technology which, using IPM (Internal Permanent Magnet) motors to create highly dynamic variable speed systems, can regulate flow rate and pressure with extreme precision, a primary need in the plastic processing sector, with the following advantages:
- Greater precision in process control.
- Reduction of material waste.
- Improved product quality.
- Less energy consumption since the electric motor works only when it is necessary.
Duplomatic will exhibit the following product lines at the stand:
- Daikin servo pumps (high dynamic SUT), featuring powers from 11 to 37kw, able to manage flow rates up to 300 l / min at a pressure of 280 bar.
- Solenoid valves both direct and pilot operated; proportional and servo proportional valves used for the various machine functions, also with fieldbus for closed loop pressure and/or position controls.
- Fluid cooling unit (Chiller) with inverter technology to precisely control the temperature of the working fluid by a tenth of a degree and improve machine efficiency. A technology that reduces the noise of the process and energy expenditure for processing.
- ISO series electromechanically controlled linear actuators, sizes from 32 to 125, maximum force 120kN.
