Eaton presents the CLS load sense sectional mobile valve, based on load-sensing technology, highly modular and offering space-saving design giving the flexibility to build machines without compromise. The valve allows to prioritize work functions, thanks to features such as priority flow sharing and patented load sense bleed-off, improving machine efficiency and energy saving in such machines as excavators of multiple sizes, forestry equipment, refuse trucks, forklifts, agricultural machinery, truck mounted cranes and marine.
Eaton offers the valve with four frame sizes with flow rates of 100, 180, 250 and 350 lpm, to suit virtually any application need. Pre and post compensated sections are available in the same valve assembly, ensuring priority function(s) maintain speed while others are proportionally reduced (CLS 100 only). The patented load sense bleed-off terminates continuous bleed-off, reducing energy loss and increasing responsiveness, while the patented sectional load sense relief limits pressure at works ports without absorbing the full flow, improving dynamic response and efficiency. The device offers a wide range of actuation options, manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrohydraulic, manual override levers and more, and is electronics-capable, integrating with Eaton’s Pro-FX Technology Platform for customer requiring advanced control capabilities.
