The italian company Rollon is bringing to Innotrans 2016 its developments in the linear motion products and solutions for the railway sector, enriched after the acquisition of the german company Hegra, specialized in the production of highly customized telescopic and linear rails.
The Hegra Rail family of telescopic rails includes solutions for the extraction of foot-steps, battery compartments and air conditioning systems, with a variety of telescopic rail profiles, with ball cage capable of managing high loads up to 20 kN per pair, extended extractions up to 200% of the rail length in the closed position and available in different materials such as aluminum or Aisi 304 and Aisi 316. The Rollon linear and telescopic rails are used in the railway industry also in a variety of others purposes, involving both the inside and the outside of trains, including expulsion and sideward sliding action on automatic doors, sliding mechanisms for platform screen doors and handling structures for convoy maintenance. The company also is able to develop custom solutions accompanying the whole products range in its catalogue, even co-designed with the customer. Rollon will be at Innotrans 2016 in Berlin, from 20 to 23 September, at the Pavillion 1.1, stand 209.
