Innovation award to Cosberg

Italian company Cosberg won the IMP³rove Award 2015 in the sme category, organized by the European Innovation Management Academy Ewiv and held during the Turkish Innovation week last december. Cosberg received the award especially for its knowledge management platform, that systematically merges feedbacks from suppliers and customers with ideas and experiences coming from the company team, growing a unique database allowing to guard, file and share the company know-how among all the staff.

Many advantages are gained for innovation: Cosberg, investing 10% of turnover in r&d every year, deposits up to 4 patents each year. “Internal knowledge management is crucial for us – says Michele Viscardi (center in photo), business development director at Cosberg and son of Gianluigi Viscardi (on the right), company’s director along with his brothers Antonio and Ermanno (on the left) -: In Cosberg, each employee can generate innovation. We then created a great heritage of technical know-how carried out daily, aimed to grow value in company’s core business and increasing processes efficiency”.
