Hydraulic release Hawe check valves
Check valves with hydraulic release type CRH ad RHC by Hawe Hydraulik are screw-in check valves, used in hydraulic circuits together with design related, leaking directional valves, as a hydraulically actuated drain, or idle circulation valves, ensuring zero leakage when closed.
The valves types RHC with or without pre-release are for high pressure and high consumer flows, and designed as screw-in valves, while type CRH are designed as a valve cartridge, with many different versions available to cover all requirements and applications. Both types can be screwed in mounting holes which can be easily machined with a standard drill (point angle 118°), to be integrated into control blocks. Hydraulic release in check valves type CRH and RHC suppresses relief surges that can occur at high pressure and with large consumer volume, and offer maximum operating pressure up to 700 bar, and flows up to 200 l/min, for ideal application in industrial hydraulics, lifting and construction machines.
