Nord Drivesystems presents a new line of single-stage helical gears inline with Nordbloc.1 light alloy case, particularly suited for pump, agitator, fan and intra-logistics applications. The gearboxes achieve a very high torsional rigidity through a robust design thoroughly tested, among others with abruptly increased pump pressures and shaft vibration.

The helical inline gearboxes are a more powerful solution in high speed applications than two-stage units, and being available initially in five sizes, the Nordbloc.1 also offer nsd tupH optional surface treatment making the units highly resistant to corrosion, for long term use in aggressive ambient atmospheres. The availability of IEC and Nema motor mounting options, as well as various shaft, bearing and lubrication variants, enables versatile bespoke configurations, and highly precise manufacturing and high-quality materials also ensure the products are light-weight, smooth-running and highly efficient.
