Global 2015 growth for InterrollERT

Interroll Group had a global growth in 2015 by 7,6% in net sales, at CHF 360,7 million, and orders received climbed by 9,8% to CHF 385,1 million. The roller products division increased by 15% at 93,4 million, and conveyors and sorters also went up by 34,4%, at 107,2 million. A light decrease has been registered in the drives products sales (motors and drivers for conveying systems), with revenues at 110,3 million vs 114,9 in 2014.

The pallet and carton flow products sales reached 49,8 million, 16,2% below previous year, because of a major 2015 project that can’t be completed and invoiced until 2016. During 2015, the Group drew closer its medium-term target of generating over 50% of its sales outside Europe: grew in sales in all its targeted regions, the share of total sales for Emea was 59% (63% in 2014), 27% for the Americas and 14% for the Asia-Pacific region. Net profit rose about 54% to 29,3 million, and 24,3 million have been invested for expansions and machinery upgrades. During 2016, Interroll will then open a own sales and service company in Mexico City, being able to directly serve the growing intralogistics markets in Mexico and Central America.
