Food grade lubricants from Fuchs

Fuchs developed a complete range of food grade lubricants for dairy industry application. The Fuchs Cassida products satisfy the requirements of the dairy industry in each particular stage of the process, from production to packaging of food and beverages, as well as cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, and other sectors subject to high hygienic standards, ensuring the quality of the product and the health and safety of consumers.

Food grade Fuchs Cassida lubricants are produced in the Kaiserslauten facility in Germany, and are NSF H1 approved as well as ISO 21469 certified, ensuring safe and efficient food production even in case of accidental leaks and contact with the products, preventing risks of contamination. The Cassida line is also approved for Halal and Kosher production, as well as being suitable for use in vegetarian foods preparation. The line is comprehensive of three subcategories, synthetic base Cassida Fluids, Cassida Greases and FM Lubricants, semi-synthetic and white oil based, offering the most suitable solution for each application. Fuchs also offers technical analysis and support, such as oil condition monitoring, failure analysis and diagnosis, lubrication critical control point and surveys.
