Flexible and robust visual levels F.lli Giacomello

Products for the control of liquids such as the visual levels gauges LUN ((Universal Levels with Nylon-Glass Variable Lengths) and LMUs (Universal Layers in Anodized Aluminum) by F.lli Giacomello perfectly showcase the constant commitment of the company to invest in new products but also to improve existing ones, in order to expand its offering and markets for new applications.

In particular, these are medium size visual levels with high robustness, normally composed of two bodies in which a transparent tube is housed, reinforced and protected by an anodized aluminum half-face profile that also acts as a contrast screen.

Other important features make these levels really unique: the bodies can be in nylon loaded glass or in anodised aluminum or stainless steel AISI 316. Tubes are available in acrylic or pyrex glass. The levels are supplied with 3/8 “GAS fittings, normally in nickel plated brass, but they may also be required in AISI 316. A nickel-brass fitted or AISI 316 faucet can be required as well in substitution of the fitting.

The float, normally in nylon (red), can also be required with execution for high temperatures in NBR (black), and sealing gaskets, O-Ring, can be supplied in different mixes depending on the application. All Layers can be supplied with high precision bimetal thermometer on request, and in place of the upper block a vent cap (aluminum) may be required. Maximum working pressure is 5 bar.

Finally, from now on LMUs can have all parts in contact with liquid in AISI 316 and be supplied with blocks, bolts 3/8 Gas, any taps. They can also be equipped with Pyrex hoses and gaskets for any need, from NBR for hydraulic applications to those in FEP for food applications, for a continuous and steady improvement in quality.
