Financial statement 2015 Fidia approvedERT

The shareholders’s meeting of Fidia has approved the 2015 financial statement, showing net revenues at 60,3 million euros, vs. 54,5 of 2014, and ebitda at 5,7 million, vs. 5 million of the previous year. Net profit has been 2,4 million, and the new financial position has been positive by 6,5 million, vs. 4,5 in 2014.

Order entry in 2015 reached 59,7 million, with order back-log by 30,9 million. Also the directors proposal about distribution of the net profit of the year has been approved, amounting to 2.143 thousand euros, and a portion of profit carried forward and related dividend payment, the scheduling being approved with coupon n.5 detachement last may 16th 2016. Finally, the shareholders also approved the proposal to authorize the board of directors to a buy-back plan, as detailed in a press release dated March15 available on the company’s website, and proceeded to confirm Gian Piero Balducci as standing statutory auditor, and Roberto Panero as substitute statutory auditor.
