Decentralised intelligence also allows new possibilities for preventive maintenance, indicating critical motor load states preventing motor protection function triggering and the associated actuator failure, facilitating diagnostic and maintenance of machines and equipments. The compact motor starter also combines in a compact multifunctional device, with a width of 30 mm, direct motor start, reverse motor start, motor protection and safe shutdown compliant to Category 3 (EN 13849-1).
