Double digit growth 2015 for Fidia

Fidia closed 2015 with net revenues by 60,3 million euros, a growth by 10,6%, with a positive trend involving all the three business lines of the Group. The electronic sector (CNC) increased its revenues by 14%, reaching 4,5 million, the mechanical sector (HSM) by 10%, at 42,2 million, and the after sale sector (Service) by 12%, at 13,6 million.

The gross operating margin has been about 5,7 million, +5% over 2014 fiscal year, and ebit has been positive for 4,1 million. Net financial position was also positive, by 6,5 million, as well as the net profit, by 2,4 million. The order entry 2015 has been by 59,7 million for the three business lines, with order back-log by 30,9 million. The parent company Fidia Spa closed with revenues at 49,1 million, +14,5%, a positive ebitda at 3,1 million and positive ebit at 2,1 million. Also improved the net financial position, with indebtedness decreased to 0,07 million vs 1,4 million of the previous year. The BoD proposed at last the distribution of a dividend of 04, euro per share, and presented a buy-pack plan.
