Parker evolved its Global Filter Regulators Lubricator (FRL) air preparation systems with integral threaded P31 1/4” and P32 1/4” to 1/2” ported series. The two FRL offer excellent flow to be comfortably specified in applications with space restrictions of latest machinery designs, delivering up to 10 bar of pressure as standard, with polycarbonate bowl, and up to 17 bar with addition of an aluminium bowl. The modular robust and lightweight design is compatible with the existing Parker Global FRL series, using a patented modular connection system, with high standardisation levels.
The units offer excellent water removal capabilities, and feature a positive bayonet latch for a fast, secure and safe fitting, and facilitate filter cartridge change using only one hand, with further features including nitrile rubber (NBR) diaphragm and seals. The FRL P31 Mini series can operate between -10 and 52°C, while FRL P32 Compact series can operate between -25 to 52°C, both able to be extended at 65,5°C when using an aluminium bowl. Soon available also versions capable of operating at temperatures as low as -40°C. Full-flowing gauge ports are also available, enabling the products to be used in additional applications within the pneumatic system.
