Collaborative robot Fanuc with payload 7
Fanuc presented the collaborative robot CR-7iA, offering the ability to lift payloads of up to 7kg, making the Fanuc’s LR Mate-series (LR Mare 200iD) more accessible for manufacturing looking handle to lighter materials. The launch of the new ‘green’ cobot – collaborative robot – follows the introduction of the CR-35iA, a larger collaborative robot which attracted interest from a variety of industries.
The CR-7iA has six motion axes, and a 717m harm extension, offering safety, reliability and precision, and equipment options include a wide range of artificial vision sensors, sectors standard peripheral devices compatibility and also compatibility with Fanuc iRVision e Fanuc 3D Area Sensor vision sensors, for picking of mixed parts from boxes and containers handling them to operators. The cobot doesn’t need industrial barriers, due to its protective functions suitable for working hand-in-hand with human workers, providing automation across the plant floor with benefits handling heavy materials, dangerous tasks, strenuous routine jobs and tasks at workstations with unfavourable ergonomic conditions, reducing costs and driving safety and efficiencies.
