BIG Kaiser presents the CTL-90 centering tool for small lathes, making much easier the centering of the tool holder on lathes thanks to the static position at front of the dial gauge. The dial gauge doesn’t rotate with the tool holder of the lathes, allowing the centering process while watching the static dial gauge, saving time and optimizing productivity.

The setting is easy with fine adjustment mechanism, with adjustment amount of 2mm, and thanks to the magnet base the device allows for flexible mounting positions, even in positions usually difficult to reach. The centering tool is the ideal solution for the simultaneous control of several machines, weighs only 0.4 kg, including stylus, and has a maximum rotation speed of 100 rpm.
