The Vicla .Superior press brake has been engineered to react in appropriate and responsive way to the mechanical solicitations during bending operations, thanks to the studies carefully conducted on the framework flections. The design with a double guided ram ensures stability and the ram-working table perpendicularity, allowing to keep high precision during the whole bending phase, even with different tools and intermediates, thus ensuring the centring made during initial tests in time.
The higher precision in bending is further enhanced by a system of automatic hydraulic crowning managed by CNC. The parallelism of the side frames, whose tolerances are within the hundreds, is the technical-structural feature that guarantees precision and high speed of the backgauge, also minimizing vibrations and stress together with the rails, also mounted on the side frames. The press brake is also equipped with a class IE3 high efficiency drive, and with innovative hybrid system at the same price as the conventional system, leading to a huge energy saving of 55%, if compared to a traditional machine, and a massive reduction of the oil quantity needed, thanks to a double tank. Further options and upgrades can be added on the configuration even at later stage.
